Director of Corporate and Community Events
With a robust background spanning over 20 years in business, finance, event planning, and fundraising, Brenda brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Director of Corporate and Community Events.
Brenda leads a talented team in developing and executing impactful events that showcase the company's brand and values. With a keen eye for detail, Brenda oversees the entire planning process, from budget creation to on-site staff management, ensuring each event represents the brand creatively and efficiently. She thrives in managing multiple events simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and conducting thorough post-event analyses to continuously enhance event processes.

Damarilee Alvarado
President of Operations
As President of Operations Damarilee carries out the day to day operations of the company through creation, communication and execution of XCLSV’s mission and overall direction. With a background in performing arts, audio/visual and hospitality, Damarilee is a jack of all trades and can plug herself anywhere needed. Through her role, Damarilee ensures that the company’s collaborators, clientele and staffing enjoy memorable, exciting and smooth experiences that leaves them wanting more.
Oscar Alvarado
Chief Executive Officer
Oscar Alvarado founded XCLSV Events in 2019 and has been responsible for the company's overall strategic goals, partnerships and business development. Initially focusing on creating curated nightlife and live entertainment events, he has since expanded the company's offerings to include corporate event management, audio and visual rental services, and now immersive entertainment experiences.
Oscar’s experience in the nightlife, hospitality, healthcare and real estate industry prior to founding the company provided him a firm foundation where he learned collaborative team work, communication, and accountability
Brenden Alvarado
Chief Technical Officer
Working behind the scenes, Brenden monitors functioning processes on conferencing software, the XCLSV website and other inhouse programs to maintain the company application suite. Brenden communicates closely with the XCLSV team and finds efficient solutions to complete objectives on schedule. With his background in Hospitality, IT and A/V troubleshooting, Brenden’s versatility is best displayed while working with the team on a variety of events.
XCLSV Events & Hospitality focuses on providing services solely to uptown New York : The Bronx, Harlem, Washington Heights and Westchester (Yonkers)
